What We Do

  

  • Partner with leadership to (re)define corporate or business-unit growth and performance strategies including M&A, new ventures, partnerships, divestitures, and strategic exits
  • Support business units throughout strategic planning (including dynamic scenario planning) and with implementation of complex long-term change initiatives
  • Pressure-test new venture strategies and business plans, including value propositions, competitive positioning, market dynamics & windows of opportunity, and economics
  • Facilitate executive discussions with topic-based research to reach alignment on critical factors - external (e.g., future scenarios) or internal (e.g., views on vision/priorities/partnerships)
